end of life doula

compassionate care for death & dying

Dying isn't a medical event. It's a human one.

No one should die alone or have loved ones feel confused or scared at the end of life. Doulas provide compassionate care and open-hearted presence to both their clients and their loved ones. While they can't take away their pain or suffering of diagnosis or impending loss, doulas help soften the burden a bit and provide a safe environment to ask questions, talk about next steps, and help think about the legacy their client’s would like to leave behind. End of life doulas support clients in their efforts to have a "good death."

end of life doula care

No matter where you are in the dying process, you will be met with kindness, empathy, respect and professionalism.

My end of life doula services are customized for each client to meet them where they are and what best supports their individual needs. Death doula services can be provided in person, by phone or via Zoom. I am also available to sit vigil with clients who live nearby if you are out of town and would like up-to-date information from your loved one’s bedside. I offer comforting and peaceful reassurance that someone is near while you are away. I also offer companionship for the dying and respite care for their loved ones.

I offer my services on a sliding scale between $50-$70/hr. I also have packages of ten hours of service for $500. However, this does not include travel time if outside of a twenty minute radius from my home.

Reach out today so you don’t have to walk through this alone.

"In a world of noise, confusion and conflict it is necessary that there be places of silence...and peace. In such places love can blossom."
